House Sponsors: FRITCHEY. Short description: CRIM PRO-BOND REVOCATION Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963. Provides that if the defendant is charged with a felony, the court may revoke the defendant's bond and order the defendant to appear before the court to determine whether immediate hospitalization is necessary upon a certificate executed by a physician, clinical psychologist, or qualified examiner stating that the defendant is a person subject to involuntary admission to a mental health facility under the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code. Effective immediately.
