SALE OF TOBACCO-RESTRICTIONS                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Sale of Tobacco  to  Minors  Act.  Prohibits  sale  of      
   tobacco  products  from self-service displays located anywhere persons      
   under 18 years of age may be admitted. Effective immediately.
