INTEREST ACT-LLC                                                           

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Interest Act in relation to the general interest  rate      
   and   exceptions  to  that  rate.  Provides  that  certain  provisions      
   applicable to corporations are also applicable  to  limited  liability      
   companies. Effective immediately.
