MTBE ELIMINATION-TRACE AMOUNTS                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends  the  MTBE  Elimination  Act.   Defines  "trace   amount".      
   Provides  an exception to the MTBE prohibition in motor fuel for motor      
   fuel containing a trace amount.  Effective immediately.
