ENVIR HLTH PRACT-SUNSET                                                    

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act.   Extends  the  repeal  of  the      
   Environmental    Health   Practitioner   Licensing   Act.    Effective      
   immediately.                                                                
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
          Deletes reference to:                                                
          5 ILCS 80/4.23 new                                                   
          Adds reference to:                                                   
          5 ILCS 80/4.17                                                       
        Further amends the Regulatory Sunset Act.  Extends the repeal  of      
   the Environmental Health Practitioner Licensing Act to January 1, 2007      
   (rather than January 1, 2013).
