NUCLEAR SAFETY PREP ACT-FEES                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Nuclear Safety Preparedness  Act.   Maintains      
   the  annual  operating  license fees for nuclear power reactors at the      
   fiscal year 2002 level.  Makes technical corrections in the provisions      
   for crediting the excess  balance  in  the  Nuclear  Safety  Emergency      
   Preparedness Fund.  Effective immediately.
