Provides that money received as interest and income of funds deposited for residents of an Illinois Veterans Home shall be paid to the individual accounts of the residents (instead of into the member benefits fund). Removes the requirement that the interest on residents' trust fund accounts be deposited into that Home's benefits fund. Makes technical changes. Effective immediately.
