PHARMACY PRACT-MAIL-ORDER                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Pharmacy Practice Act  of  1987.   Provides  that  any      
   person  injured  by  a  person  operating  a  pharmacy  or  drugstore,      
   including  a  mail-order  pharmacy, may petition for relief. Effective      
   immediately.
