Authorizes a pool to discontinue its obligations under a pool agreement with respect to employers that refuse to reimburse the pool for claims paid. Effective immediately. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 2. Deletes everything after the enacting clause. Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning administration of group workers' compensation pools.
