LIQ CNTRL-APPLY TO FOREIGN IMP                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Liquor  Control  Act  of  1934.   Provides  that  the      
   provisions  of the Act are applicable to foreign importer's licensees.      
   Provides that the amendatory  Act  is  declarative  of  existing  law.      
   Effective immediately.                                                      
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Deletes everything.  Amends  the  Liquor  Control  Act  of  1934.      
   Makes a technical change in a Section relating to licenses.
