ENVIRONMENTAL-BROWNFIELDS                                                  

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Environmental Protection Act.  Renames  the  Municipal      
   Brownfields   Redevelopment   Grant   Program   to   the   Brownfields      
   Redevelopment  Grant  Program.    Provides that counties may apply for      
   grants and loans under the Brownfields Redevelopment Grant Program and      
   the Brownfields Redevelopment Loan Program.
