Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Chicago Police and Chicago  Firefighters  Articles  of      
   the  Illinois  Pension Code. Creates an alternative retirement annuity      
   formula for persons who meet certain  age  and  service  requirements.      
   Amends  the  State  Mandates  Act  to  require  implementation without      
   reimbursement. Effective immediately.
