Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends Public Act 92-538. Increases an FY03 appropriation to  the      
   Department  of  Public  Health  for  local health protection grants to      
   certified local health departments  for  health  protection  programs.      
   Makes  an  FY03  appropriation  to the Department of Public Health for      
   expenses associated with the West Nile virus. Effective immediately.
