Short description: CARDIOPULMONARY RESUSCITION Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Requires the State Board of Education to look into requiring cardiopulmonary resuscitation to be taught to all public high school students. HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Provides that the teaching of cardiopulmonary resuscitation shall be according to the standards of the American Heart Association, the American Red Cross, or another nationally recognized certifying or- ganization. Requires the State Board of Education to look into requir- ing cardiopulmonary resuscitation to be taught to all public high school head coaches.
