DNR-ASSESS ENVIRONMENT IMPACT                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Instructs the Department  of  Natural  Resources  to  assess  the      
   impacts   related  to  flooding,  wildlife  habitat,  and  groundwater      
   supplies.                                                                   
        HOUSE AMENDMENT NO. 1.                                                 
        Provides that the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency assess      
   the impact on water quality from the absence of federal protection of       
   the bodies of water no longer protected. Authorizes a suitable copy of      
   this resolution to be presented to the Director of the Environmental        
   Protection Agency.
