FIREARMS-STALKING                                                          

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Firearm Owners  Identification  Card  Act.   Prohibits      
   ownership  of  firearms  by  anyone  who  has  ever  been convicted of      
   stalking in Illinois or a substantially  similar  offense  in  another      
   jurisdiction.
