Short description: REAL ESTATE-ZONING-DISCLOSURE Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Creates the Real Estate Zoning Disclosure Act and amends the Real Estate License Act of 2000. Requires a property owner to disclose the zoning classification of property listed for sale with a real estate broker or salesperson, as well as the zoning classifications of adjoining parcels. Requires the broker or salesperson to disclose the zoning classifications to a prospective buyer of the property. Provides that a broker or salesperson is not liable to a buyer or prospective buyer for providing false information concerning zoning classifications if the false information was provided to the broker or salesperson by the property owner and the broker or salesperson did not have actual knowledge that the information was false.
