Increases the tax for tax year 2002 and thereafter as follows: model year and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year following, 60* per square foot; 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th year following model year, 50* per square foot; 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th year following model year, 45* per square foot; 12th, 13th, 14th, and 15th year following model year, 40* per square foot; 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th year following model year, 35* per square foot; 20th year following model year and subsequent years, 30* per square foot. Effective January 1, 2002.
