Short description: VEH CD-INTERSECTION STUDY Synopsis of Bill as introduced: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to require the Department of Transportation to conduct an annual study to determine the 100 most dangerous intersections in the State. Provides certain criteria the Department shall consider when determining the 100 most dangerous intersections in the State. Requires the Department to submit an annual report to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President of the Senate indicating the 100 most dangerous intersections in the State and what measures the Department has taken to ameliorate the problems at each intersection.
