DRYCLEANER ENVIRON RESPNS TRST                                             

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Drycleaner  Environmental  Response  Trust  Fund  Act.      
   Transfers  the  powers  and  duties  of  the  Drycleaner Environmental      
   Response Trust Fund Council to the  Environmental  Protection  Agency.      
   Eliminates  the  late payment penalty for failing to pay a license fee      
   when due.  Effective immediately.
