Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code.   Adds  to  the  definition  of      
   "vehicle"  any all-terrain vehicle or off-highway motorcycle purchased      
   on or after January 1, 1998.  Effective immediately.
