ELEC CD-TAX BD CONTRIBUTIONS                                               

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Election Code.  Prohibits members  of  and  candidates      
   for a Board of Review in a county of 3,000,000 or more population from      
   soliciting  or  accepting campaign contributions from an entity who is      
   representing a taxpayer before the Board or who has  done  so  in  the      
   preceding 5 years.
