QUICK TAKE-SW ILL DEVELOPMENT                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Code of Civil  Procedure.   In  a  provision  granting      
   quick-take  eminent  domain  authority  to  the  Southwestern Illinois      
   Development Authority,  changes the period of quick-take authority  to      
   August  30,  2002  through August 30, 2004 (instead of May 22, 1998 to      
   August 30, 2002).  Effective immediately.
