Provides that once all parties-respondent have been properly served, no further service or notice must be given to a party prior to proceeding to a dispositional hearing in relation to an abused, neglected, or dependent minor. Effective immediately. SENATE AMENDMENT NO. 1. Makes a technical change in the bill. FISCAL NOTE (Illinois Courts Administrative Office) SB 1917 would have no fiscal impact on the judicial branch.
