Increases the foundation level of support from $4,560 to $4,680. Amends the State Aid Continuing Appropriation Law. Makes that Law applicable to fiscal year 2003 and each fiscal year thereafter. Also repeals a provision of that Law that provides for the Law's repeal on June 30, 2002. Effective June 29, 2002.
