Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the  Illinois  Vehicle  Code  with  regard  to  commercial      
   driver's   licenses.    Deletes  language  providing  that  commercial      
   vehicles do not include emergency fire equipment normally not  subject      
   to general traffic rules and regulations.
