Defines the offense as intentionally preventing or attempting to prevent an individual from entering or exiting a health care facility by physically detaining the individual or physically obstructing, hindering, or impeding the individual's passage. Provides that a violation is a class A misdemeanor. Establishes exemptions from violations.
