CRIM CD-INTERFERE-HEALTH CARE                                              

Synopsis of Bill as introduced:
        Amends the Criminal  Code  of  1961  to  create  the  offense  of      
   intentional  interference  with access to health care. Defines the          
   offense as intentionally preventing or attempting to prevent an             
   individual from entering or exiting a health care facility by               
   physically detaining the individual or physically obstructing,              
   hindering, or impeding the individual's passage. Provides that a            
   violation is a class A misdemeanor. Establishes exemptions from             
   violations.
