    AN ACT in relation to certain land.
 
    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
 
    Section 5. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary,
upon the payment of the sum of one dollar to the City of Dixon,
and subject to the conditions set forth in Section 900 of this
Act, the City of Dixon is authorized to convey by quitclaim
deed all right, title, and interest in and to the following
property to the Lee County Industrial Development Association:
 
    Lots 7, 8, and 9 in Lee County Business Park - Phase 2,
    City of Dixon, Lee County, Illinois;
    ALSO,
    Lot 6 in Lee County Business Park - Phase 2, City of Dixon,
    Lee County, Illinois, EXCEPT that part transferred to
    Commonwealth Edison by Warranty Deed recorded in Deed Book
    0302 at page 3448, and described as follows:
    Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 6, and
    running thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West
    (assumed bearing) on the south line of said Lot 6, a
    distance of 210.00 feet; thence North 0 degrees 13 minutes
    41 seconds West, parallel with the east line of said Lot 6,
    a distance of 110.00 feet; thence South 90 degrees 00
    minutes 00 seconds East, parallel with the south line of
    said Lot 6, a distance of 210.00 feet to the east line of
    said Lot 6; thence South 0 degrees 13 minutes 41 seconds
    East on said east line, a distance of 110.00 feet to the
    point of beginning.
 
    Section 900. The Clerk of the City of Dixon shall obtain a
certified copy of the portions of this Act containing the
title, enacting clause, the effective date, the appropriate
Section or Sections containing the land descriptions of the
property to be transferred or otherwise affected, and this
Section within 60 days after its effective date and, upon
receipt of payment required by the Section or Sections, if any
payment is required, shall record the certified document in the
Recorder's Office in the county in which the land is located.
 
    Section 999. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
