    AN ACT concerning transportation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding
Section 2-127.5 as follows:

    (625 ILCS 5/2-127.5 new)
    Sec. 2-127.5. Literacy and English as a second language
classes. At Secretary of State Driver Service facilities, the
Secretary shall provide a pamphlet or post information
informing customers of the availability of literacy and English
as a second language classes. The Secretary may satisfy this
requirement by providing the Internet address of a
not-for-profit entity offering this information.
