    AN ACT concerning regulation.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Community-Integrated Living Arrangements
Licensure and Certification Act is amended by adding Section
13.2 as follows:

    (210 ILCS 135/13.2 new)
    Sec. 13.2. Emergency notification. Any facility licensed
under this Act shall notify the Department when emergency calls
are made from the facility. The Department shall adopt any
rules necessary to implement this Section, including, but not
limited to, reporting procedures and protocols and penalties
for failing to report.
