    AN ACT concerning cemeteries.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    Section 5. The Illinois Municipal Code is amended by adding
Section 11-49-5 as follows:

    (65 ILCS 5/11-49-5 new)
    Sec. 11-49-5. Scattering garden. The corporate authorities
of any municipality may establish a scattering garden in any
municipal cemetery for the purpose of scattering cremated
remains.
