    AN ACT concerning criminal law.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    (730 ILCS 125/22 rep.)
    (730 ILCS 125/23 rep.)
    Section 5. The County Jail Act is amended by repealing
Sections 22 and 23.

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
