| AN ACT concerning land.
| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| represented in the General Assembly:
| Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $4,370 to the | State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in | Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway purposes | acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is released | over and through the following described land in Henry County, | Illinois: | Parcel No. 2DHYX98
| A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 14 | North, Range 5 East of the Fourth Principal Meridian, City of | Kewanee, Henry County, State of Illinois, described as follows:
