| AN ACT concerning civil law.
| Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, | represented in the General Assembly:
| Section 5. The Eminent Domain Act is amended by adding | Section 25-5-30 as follows: | (735 ILCS 30/25-5-30 new) | Sec. 25-5-30. Quick-take; Will County. Quick-take | proceedings under Article 20 may be used for a period of one | year after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the | 97th General Assembly by Will County for the acquisition of | property to be used for the reconstruction of the Weber Road | (County Highway 88) and Renwick Road (County Highway 36) | intersection, as follows: | PARCEL 0001 | The east 30.00 feet of that part of Lot 6 in McGilvray Acres, | being a subdivision of part of the
