AN ACT concerning safety.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
The Illinois Pesticide Act is amended by
changing Section 13 as follows:

Any pesticide dealer who sells

Department of Public Health or a Commercial
license with the Illinois Department of
Agriculture are exempt from the
registration fee but must
register with the Department.
Each place of business which sells restricted use
or non-restricted pesticides for use in the
production of an agricultural commodity in containers with a
capacity of 2.5 gallons or greater or 10 pounds or greater
shall be considered a separate entity for the purpose of
