AN ACT concerning land.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. Subject to the conditions set forth in Section |
10 of this
Act, the Director of Natural Resources, on behalf
of |
the State of Illinois, is authorized to execute and deliver to |
Princeville
Family Health Center, an Illinois not-for-profit |
corporation, its successors
and assigns, a quitclaim deed to |
the following described real property, upon
payment to the |
Department of a sum equal to fair market value, as determined
|
by an Illinois certified general real estate appraiser, to wit:
|
All of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad
|
Company's abandoned right-of-way, on, over and across the |
following described
lands: Lots 1 and 8 in Block 19 |
Original Town of Princeville, Illinois,
containing 0.10 |
acres, more or less, all situated in the County of Peoria |
and
the State of Illinois.

Section 10. The Director of Natural Resources shall
obtain |
a certified
copy of this Act within 60
days
after its effective |
date and, upon receipt of payment required by Section
5, shall |
record the certified document in
the
Recorder's Office in |
Peoria County.
