AN ACT concerning townships.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Township Code is amended by changing Section |
30-95 as follows:
|
(60 ILCS 1/30-95)
|
Sec. 30-95. Livestock running at large. The electors may |
restrain, regulate,
or prohibit the running at large of |
poultry, cattle, horses, mules, asses, swine, sheep,
or goats |
and may determine the time and manner in which those animals |
may go at
large, unless they are restrained from running at |
large in some manner provided
by law.
