AN ACT concerning property.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Secretary of the Department of Human |
Services, on behalf of the State of Illinois, is authorized to |
execute and deliver for $10 and other good and valuable |
consideration a valid Quit Claim Deed to Edith Gould releasing |
all right, title, and interest held by the State of Illinois in |
and to the following described real property:

Lots Forty-One (41), Forty-Two (42), and Forty-Three of "Hall |
and Wallace's Subdivision of Part of Lot Thirty-Nine (39) |
Prairie Du Pont Commons of St. Clair County, Illinois; |
Reference being had to the Plat thereof recorded in the |
Recorder's Office of St. Clair County, Illinois, in Book of |
Plats "P" on page 14 and situated in St. Clair County, |
Illinois.

Section 10. The Secretary of the Department of Human |
Services shall obtain certified copy of this Act within 60 days |
after its effective date and, upon receipt of payment required |
by Section 5, shall record the certified document in the |
recorder's office in the county in which the real property is |
located.
