AN ACT concerning criminal law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. "An Act concerning criminal law", Public Act |
94-397, approved August 2, 2005, is amended by changing the |
title of the Act as follows:
|

An Act concerning criminal law, which may be referred to as |
the Michelle Eppel Law.
|
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
