AN ACT concerning land.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. "An Act concerning State government",
approved |
September 25, 2007, Public Act 95-631, is amended by changing |
Section 75 as follows:
|

Sec. 75. Upon the payment of the sum of $46,541.67 to the |
State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in |
Section 900 of this Act, the easement for highway purposes |
acquired by the People of the State of Illinois is released |

Section 10. Upon the payment of the sum of $21,600.00 to |
the State of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth |
in Section 900 of this Act, the Secretary of the Department of |
Transportation is authorized to convey by quitclaim deed all |
right, title and interest in and to the following described |
