AN ACT concerning professional regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
The Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and
Audiology Practice Act is amended by changing Section 14.5 as
(225 ILCS 110/14.5)
(Section scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2018)
Deposit of fees and fines.
Beginning July 1,
fines collected under this Act shall
be deposited into the General Professions
the exception of the Hearing Instrument Consumer
provided for in subsection (b-5) of Section 14, which shall be
deposited into the Hearing Instrument Dispenser Licensing and
administered by the Department of Public
On December 1 of each year, the Department shall
transfer from the General Professions Dedicated Fund to the
Hearing Instrument Dispenser Licensing and Discipline Fund an
amount equal to all the fees collected under subsection (b-5)
of Section 14 of this Act since the previous December 1.
