AN ACT concerning employment.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Personnel Record Review Act is amended by |
changing Section 11 as follows:
|

Sec. 11.
This Act shall not be construed to diminish a |
right of access
to records already otherwise provided by law, |
provided that disclosure of performance evaluations under the |
Freedom of Information Act shall be prohibited.
