AN ACT concerning State government.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Illinois Motor Vehicle Theft Prevention Act |
is amended by changing Section 12 as follows:

Sec. 12. Repeal. Sections 1 through 9 and Section 11 are |
repealed January 1, 2016 2012.
