AN ACT concerning fish.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Fish and Aquatic Life Code is amended by |
adding Section 10-150 as follows:
|
(515 ILCS 5/10-150 new) |
Sec. 10-150. Fishing limits; private property. The limits |
established in this Article on the number and size of fish a |
person may take in a day do not apply to a person fishing in |
waters wholly within his or her private property.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
