AN ACT concerning civil law.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. "An Act concerning civil law", approved | ||||
September 22, 2017 (Public Act 100-520), is
amended by adding | ||||
Section 99 as follows: | ||||

Sec. 99. This Act takes effect January 1, 2018.
