AN ACT concerning finance.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Illinois Procurement Code is amended by |
changing Section 33-15 as follows:
|

Sec. 33-15. Public notice. Whenever a project requiring
|
construction management services is proposed for a State |
agency, the
Board shall provide no less than a 14-day advance |
notice
published in the procurement bulletin a request for |
proposals setting forth the projects and
services to be |
procured. The bulletin shall be available electronically and |
may be available in print. The bulletin shall include a |
description of each project and shall state the time and place |
for interested firms to submit a letter of interest, and, if |
required by the public notice, a statement of qualifications. |
The request for proposals shall be mailed to
each firm that is |
prequalified under Section 33-10. The request for
proposals |
