AN ACT concerning aging.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Respite Program Act is amended by changing |
Section 12 as follows:
|
(320 ILCS 10/12) (from Ch. 23, par. 6212)
|
Sec. 12. Annual Report. The Director shall submit a report |
each year
to the Governor and the General Assembly detailing |
the progress of the
respite care services provided under this |
Act and shall also include an estimate of the demand for |
respite care services over the next 10 years.
