AN ACT concerning regulation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Community-Integrated Living Arrangements |
Licensure and
Certification Act is amended by adding Section |
13.2 as follows:
|
(210 ILCS 135/13.2 new) |
Sec. 13.2. Emergency notification. Any facility licensed |
under this Act shall notify the Department when emergency calls |
are made from the facility. The Department shall adopt any |
rules necessary to implement this Section, including, but not |
limited to, reporting procedures and protocols and penalties |
for failing to report.
