AN ACT concerning health.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, |
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Autism and Co-Occurring Medical Conditions |
Awareness Act is amended by changing Section 35 as follows:

Sec. 35. Repeal. In order to consider the most innovative |
medical study and research involving autism and co-occurring |
medical conditions, this Act is repealed on January 1, 2027 5 |
years after the effective date of this Act.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
