    AN ACT concerning health.

    Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:

    (410 ILCS 406/90 rep.)
    Section 5. The Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias
Services Act is amended by repealing Section 90.

    Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
